STEPS was founded in Lahore, Pakistan with a single belief: every talented young Pakistani deserves a shot at earning globally. What started as a small classroom of 20 students has grown into Pakistan's largest freelancing institute — with campuses, online programs, and a community of over 100,000 graduates. Our instructors are not just teachers — they are active freelancers earning on Fiverr, Upwork, and direct clients. Every lesson is rooted in real-world experience. We don't teach theory.
